Joseph Udell is a very thorough attorney. Joe helped us revise our living trust. We’ve done this three or four times over our lifetime. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of How trusts work but this time, my wife and myself and Joseph looked at every page of everything the will the trust the power of attorney’s and explained it to us and I didn’t know half as much as I thought, so we were really appreciative of this. It took a little while, but we never felt hurried or stressed because every question I had was able to be answered clearly. I had the chance to work with Mr. Udall when we had a challenging client of our own. I work in Senior Health Care and one of our clients wanted/needed to look into and face some serious legal decisions in regard to their future. Our client visited Mr. Udall years ago so we thought we would go back. Once we were in his office, he had the entire file out from 3 years ago and picked up right where he left off all that time ago and helped our mutual client out greatly. I had an issue with the way my title was recorded on a house that I was selling in AZ. Joe was able to work out a solution to the issue without going through probate on the property and worked directly with the title insurance company to plead my case and get them to accept a several legal affidavits saving me lots of time and extra expense. We were really glad we went to Joseph Udall for our family trust/will needs.  He made what I was afraid would be a complicated matter very simple and now we have peace of mind that everything is all taken care of.
