We met Joe when we lived in the same subdivision in Mesa, AZ. We had him update our wills. He explained everything thoroughly and his fee was reasonable. We moved to Florida five years ago but recently bought an AZ house as a rental property. I remembered that AZ has a "transfer on death" designation and wanted that for our investment property so contacted Joe. He agreed to prepare and file the TOD and did so promptly for a reasonable fee. It was great peace of mind for me and my husband. I only wish the Florida attorney we had used was half as competent and professional as Joe Udall!

I had an issue with the way my title was recorded on a house that I was selling in AZ. Joe was able to work out a solution to the issue without going through probate on the property and worked directly with the title insurance company to plead my case and get them to accept a several legal affidavits saving me lots of time and extra expense.
